Bangkok City Hall Phone Lines Down After NT Cables Stolen; Public Urged to Use Hotline 1555

On June 16, the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) announced that telephone and communication lines operated by NT were stolen, resulting in a temporary disruption of contact through the numbers 0 2221 2141-69.

For complaints or inquiries, the public can still reach the BMA via the 1555 hotline and the Traffy Fondue platform. The BMA apologized for the inconvenience caused.
