On January 6, the Phuket Department of Provincial Administration, in collaboration with Kathu District, announced a special marriage registration event for LGBTQ+ couples aged 18 and above. Registration is open from January 6 to January 15, 2025, and can be completed via QR code or an online form provided in the announcement.
The official registration ceremony will take place on Thursday, January 23, 2025, at Jungceylon Shopping Center in Patong, Kathu District, Phuket. Participants will receive commemorative gifts, including gift vouchers.
