Muangthong United has bolstered its lineup for the second leg of the Thai League 2024/25 season by signing left-back Jaturapat Sattham, a 25-year-old Thai U-23 national player, from Port FC. The club has officially registered him with the Football Association of Thailand, making him the first new addition to the squad this season.
In addition to Jaturapat, Muangthong United has also secured striker Patrik Gustavsson, a member of Thailand’s 2024 ASEAN Cup squad, on loan with an option for a permanent transfer. The club plans to introduce more new players in the coming weeks to strengthen the team further.
Jaturapat has had a diverse career, previously playing for clubs such as BCC Tero Sasana, Chainat Hornbill, Ubon United, Samut Prakan City, Nakhon Ratchasima FC, and Port FC. He has represented Thailand in both the U-23 and senior national teams, with his most recent call-up in 2021.
Muangthong United’s proactive recruitment aims to boost their performance as they approach the second leg of the league with renewed determination.
