On May 17, a report from the Department of Special Investigation (DSI) revealed findings from the investigation into alleged collusion in the Senate election. Authorities discovered another vote list and deciphered its numbers, identifying eight elected senators—referred to as the "white" group—and 11 reserve candidates. There are suspicions of a pre-arranged collusion in the Senate election. The case is being reviewed under the same standards applied to the scrutiny of 138 elected senators and two reserves.
The eight identified senators include Mr. P., Mr. D., Mr. S., Mr. S., Ms. T., Mr. M., Mr. W., and Mr. S. (already disqualified by the Constitutional Court).
The 11 reserve candidates include Col. P., Ms. J., Mrs. S., Ms. K., Ms. S., Mr. Ch., Mr. M., Mr. Kh., Mr. S., Mr. O., Mr. P., Mr. N., and Mrs. W.
The evidence stems from an investigative report by Thairath TV aired on June 26, 2024, which presented a vote list showing candidate numbers. This led to the ongoing investigation into potential election collusion.
