On November 25 at 3:25 PM, the Thai Lawyers for Human Rights Center reported that Arnon Nampa, a prominent human rights lawyer facing multiple charges under Section 112 of the Thai Criminal Code (lese-majeste), has submitted another bail request in connection with four cases. Arnon has agreed to comply with all conditions set by the court, including wearing an electronic monitoring (EM) bracelet and refraining from traveling abroad.

Arnon has been detained at Bangkok Remand Prison for over 427 days without being granted bail. To date, at least 31 previous bail requests have been denied. The case continues to draw attention from human rights advocates both domestically and internationally.
