The decree, promulgated on November 14, 2024, aligns with Sections 121, 122, and 175 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand. These constitutional provisions mandate two annual ordinary parliamentary sessions, with the second session beginning on a date determined by the House of Representatives. The decree formalizes the session to ensure compliance with constitutional requirements.
