Following the incident in which a man shot and killed three of his relatives and injured another—allegedly over a land dispute—he remains at large and is evading arrest.
On May 30, the Facebook page of Wat Yang Sawang Arom School posted an announcement accompanied by photos, stating:
“Due to the ongoing situation involving an armed suspect near Wat Yang Sawang Arom, the school has activated its emergency response plan. All students have been evacuated to the safest area within the school premises. Six officers from Sra Yai Som Police Station are stationed around the school to ensure security.

The school assured the public and parents that all students were safe and being protected while they continued to monitor the situation in coordination with local authorities.
