At 8:50 AM on May 28, Gen. Prawit Wongsuwan, list MP and leader of the Palang Pracharath Party, arrived at the Parliament building accompanied by his personal security team and party MPs. He proceeded to the 2nd floor outside the House of Representatives chamber to sign in and verify his identity ahead of the first reading of the 2026 Budget Bill.
When asked about his guidance to Palang Pracharath MPs regarding the budget deliberation, Gen. Prawit responded that reporters could ask the MPs present. He stated that he had already instructed them to perform their duties as MPs to the best of their ability. Afterward, he quickly departed in his personal vehicle.
