On May 26, 2025, Buriram conglomerate tycoon Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi officially transferred all his shares in Srattasap 9 Co., Ltd.—a holding entity with indirect control over three major listed companies: Berli Jucker (BJC), Asset World Corp (AWC), and Thai Group Holdings (TGH)—to his five children, in equal parts.

The change was reported to the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) by the respective companies. The share transfer does not grant any individual family member significant control over Srattasap 9, meaning it does not trigger a mandatory tender offer under Thai securities law.

Charoen's five heirs now manage different segments of the empire:

  • Thapana Sirivadhanabhakdi oversees the beverage and food sector under Thai Beverage and Sermsuk.
  • Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi leads property development at Frasers Property (Thailand).
  • Athinan Pichanon is responsible for insurance and financial services under Thai Group Holdings (TGH).
  • Wallapa Traisorat heads the real estate and hospitality business via Asset World Corp (AWC).
  • Thapanee Techacharoenvikul manages retail and consumer products at Berli Jucker (BJC).

This strategic move ensures the continuation of the family’s business legacy while complying with capital market regulations.
