  3. Approved a reconsideration of a previous resolution (Meeting 21/2024, August 13, 2024) regarding the promotion of a judicial officer from level 3 to level 4 in the October 2024 reshuffle and rejected a special appointment list.
  4. Approved screening reports for candidates applying for associate judge positions at juvenile and family courts in Nong Khai, Phetchaburi, and Samut Prakan provinces.
  5. Investigated a judicial officer found to exhibit inappropriate and disrespectful behavior, including interference in another judge's rulings. Found guilty of serious disciplinary violations, and resolved to dismiss the individual.
  6. Investigated a judge who, without consulting peers or superiors, referenced unrelated third parties in a verdict, leading to improper exploitation of the judgment. This was deemed a serious disciplinary offense, resulting in dismissal.
  7. Investigated a judicial officer suspected of misconduct involving improper duty exchanges and involvement in an appeal process for temporary release that violated legal discretion. Found to have caused serious damage to the judiciary. The commission resolved unanimously to dismiss the officer and forward the case to the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC).
