On May 19, Senator Nantana Nantavorapop provided an update on the draft petition requesting the President of the Senate to submit a case to the Constitutional Court. The petition aims to suspend the duties of Senators in appointing individuals to independent organizations until the case regarding collusion in the Senate election is concluded.

Nantana stated that she and her legal team are currently drafting the petition. Due to its complexity and various legal limitations, the process may take some time, as it requires careful review of legal details. However, she affirmed they would strive to complete it as soon as possible. Once the draft is ready, they will begin gathering the required 20 signatures from fellow Senators as mandated by the Constitution.
