The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has officially delisted the securities of Nok Air Public Company Limited (NOK) as of January 9. Prior to the delisting, a temporary trading period was allowed between December 27, 2024, and January 8, 2025, under a cash balance account arrangement. Following the delisting, investors and shareholders can continue to access financial reports, operational updates, and annual reports of Nok Air through the Securities and Exchange Commission's website at www.sec.or.th.
