On December 22 at 8:20 PM, reporters announced the results of the Uttaradit Provincial Administrative Organization (PAO) chairman election after 98% of the votes were counted. Chaisiri Suparakjinda, candidate number 1, supported by the Pheu Thai Party and a current MP from Uttaradit, secured 84,276 votes. His closest competitor, Sahawit Apichaiwisarutkul, candidate number 3, garnered 54,395 votes.

Chaisiri, a four-term incumbent, successfully retained his position. However, his vote count dropped from the previous election, where he received over 110,000 votes. The reduced turnout and the lack of additional support from district council candidates were cited as reasons for the decrease.
