On December 22, temperatures on Phu Sing Mountain in Amnat Charoen Province dropped to a low of 9°C in the morning, while the town center recorded 14°C. Mr. Prasit Chuenjai, head of the Phu Sing-Phu Pha Phueng National Park, reported that the current weather conditions are ideal for outdoor activities. Many tourists are camping overnight on Phu Sing, especially during weekends and holidays.

The province has been experiencing cool temperatures, with lows of 13–14°C in the lowlands and 8–10°C at higher altitudes. The mild cold and scenic views have made Phu Sing a popular destination for visitors seeking a winter experience comparable to other well-known provinces.
