The 14th Big Mountain Music Festival, held at The Ocean Khao Yai in Pak Chong, Nakhon Ratchasima, has cemented its status as Thailand’s largest music festival. Drawing over 65,000 attendees this year, the event generated ฿350 million in direct spending during the festival and an additional ฿2.2 billion in economic circulation within the local area.
Organized by GAYRAY, a division of GMM Show under GMM Music, the event received significant support from local government and private sectors, led by Nakhon Ratchasima Governor Chaiwat Chuenkosum. Governor Chaiwat emphasized the festival's role in attracting both domestic and international tourists, enhancing the province’s reputation as a prime travel destination.

The festival also stimulated demand for local businesses, such as hotels, restaurants, and transportation services, while fostering collaboration between organizers and local authorities to ensure smooth operations.
Sustainability was a key focus this year, with a waste management initiative, "Waste Nothing – Fun and Responsible," implemented in partnership with Suntory PepsiCo Beverage Thailand. The program underscored the festival’s commitment to maintaining a positive image and promoting eco-friendly practices.
Governor Chaiwat highlighted the importance of creating a seamless experience for tourists by addressing traffic flow, public safety, fair pricing, and cleanliness. The festival's success demonstrates the potential of music tourism to drive sustainable local economic growth, benefiting residents and visitors alike.
