Channarong Apibalthanakij, a fuel station operator in Sungai Kolok, reported on November 30 that severe flooding has disrupted road access to PTT’s oil depot in Songkhla, preventing fuel deliveries. This has led to declining fuel reserves at the PTT station in Sungai Kolok Municipality, even as demand surges in the affected area.
The current fuel supply at the station is expected to last only until December 1. Meanwhile, another PTT station in Pasemas remains closed, offering only convenience store services at its on-site 7-Eleven. Once road conditions improve, staff will immediately procure fuel from the depot to restore services.
