On November 28, the Tourist Police Division 1, under the direction of Lt. Gen. Saksira Phuak-am, Commissioner of the Tourist Police, intensified inspections at tourist hotspots in Bangkok, including Sukhumvit Soi 11 and surrounding areas, to enhance safety for international visitors. The operation involved random drug testing and searches for illegal items among foreign tourists.

According to Pol. Col. Korrawis Thongsriwanich, Superintendent of Division 1, no drug use was detected during the inspections. However, two foreign nationals were found violating Thailand's Immigration Act of 1979. They were arrested and handed over to Lumpini Police Station for further legal action.
