Jasmine International Public Company Limited (JAS) announced a 19 billion baht ($560 million) investment to secure exclusive broadcasting rights for the English Premier League and FA Cup for three consecutive seasons, starting with the 2025/26 season. This agreement grants JAS the sole broadcasting rights on Internet TV and digital platforms across Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia, including full-length broadcasts and short clip packages.

Currently, JAS operates its Internet TV services primarily through its subsidiary, 3BB GIGATV, which serves over 600,000 subscribers in Thailand and offers a range of international content. With this new broadcasting agreement, JAS aims to expand its customer base, particularly among football fans, and further penetrate the markets in Laos and Cambodia. The company will finance this investment through existing cash flow and bank loans, with payment installments planned over the contract period.

JAS expects the deal to boost its revenue through an expanded subscriber base, advertising, and sponsorship opportunities, positioning the company as a leader in the content and Internet TV market. Additionally, JAS is in talks with experienced partners to enhance digital marketing and maximize the reach of its sports broadcasting initiatives. This expansion aligns with JAS's strategic goal to establish its Internet TV and content provision services as a flagship enterprise.
