On November 6, 2024, the Internal Security Operations Command (ISOC) released a statement declaring its commitment to a "No Gift Policy" in the execution of official duties. The statement includes the following details:

The Internal Security Operations Command serves as a key organization for coordinating and integrating national security operations to maintain the security of the state and the peace of the people. Its duties include planning, directing, coordinating, and supporting actions to prevent, suppress, and address incidents that threaten or may threaten internal security. ISOC also promotes public participation in protecting the safety of lives and property. Recognizing the importance of preventing corruption and misconduct, ISOC is committed to transparency and integrity.

To ensure that ISOC executives and staff at all levels conduct their duties with honesty, integrity, transparency, and accountability, ISOC has introduced a "No Gift Policy." This policy aims to cultivate values, ethics, and correct attitudes toward public service by prohibiting the giving and receiving of gifts and tokens in any form, during festive seasons or otherwise, to avoid actions that could influence discretion or decision-making and potentially lead to favoritism or conflicts of interest.

This declaration was made public on October 30, 2024.
